Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Murixia website and service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Murixia for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. What Murixia does

Murixia helps businesses manage customer reviews. It drafts replies with AI, categorizes feedback, sends alerts and reports, and, when you allow it, posts replies to your Google Business Profile.

2. Your authorization

• You may only connect business profiles that you own or are authorized to manage.
• By turning on automatic replies, you give Murixia your express permission to post replies on your behalf according to your settings. You can turn this off at any time.
• Replies to reviews rated 1–3 stars are held for your approval.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the replies posted to your profile, including drafts you approve or allow to post automatically. Review drafts and settings so replies are accurate.
• Do not use Murixia to create fake reviews, offer rewards for reviews, harass reviewers, or break Google's policies or any law.
• Keep your login secure and give us accurate account information.

4. AI-generated content

Replies are drafted by AI and may contain mistakes. Murixia does not guarantee any result, such as a higher rating or search ranking.

5. Plans, trials and payments

• Plans are billed monthly per location through Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
• Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.

6. Third-party services

Murixia works with third-party services such as Google Business Profile. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and your use of them is also subject to their terms. Murixia is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service, other users or third parties at risk.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Murixia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify customers by email or in the Service before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
